About Us

Mark, Krista and their three wonderful sons- Caleb (2000), Jordan (2003) and Tyler (2005)- live outside of Addis Ababa in northwest Ethiopia. They have served as church planters in Ethiopia since 2015. Mark empowers and trains national leaders, develops culturally relevant curriculum, develops small groups working in different areas of Ethiopia while mentoring nationals into a deep relationship with Jesus Christ. Krista invests in ladies’ and children’s ministry and uses her nursing background to meet basic physical needs as well as implement CHE (Community Health Evangelism) in the villages to open doors which allows them to share about the love of Jesus.

Statement Of Faith

The divine inspiration, entire trustworthiness and authority of the Bible in faith and practice (2 Peter 1:20-21, Hebrews 4:12, Psalm 119:9-11, 1 Thessalonians 2:13).

Our God is a trinity in unity, manifested in three persons: The Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit (Deuteronomy 6:4-5, Matthew 28:19)

We believe in the sanctity of Marriage and Sexuality.

That regeneration (the New Birth) by the Holy Spirit for the salvation of lost and sinful mankind, through personal faith in the shed blood of the Lord Jesus Christ, is absolutely essential. (Ephesians 1:7, Hebrews 9:12-15)

In a life of holiness (walking out the Scriptures), without which no man can see the Lord. (I Peter 1:13-16)

We believe in the present ministry of the Holy Spirit, by whose indwelling the Christian is enabled to live a Godly life. (Galatians 5:22-23)

We believe that God offers redemption and restoration to all who confess and forsake their sin, seeking His mercy and forgiveness through Jesus Christ. (Acts 3:19-21; Romans 10:9-10)

In water baptism by immersion for believers only in the Name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit. (Acts 2:38)

In the bodily resurrection of both the saved and the lost: they that are saved unto the resurrection of life, and they that are lost to judgement. (Matthew 25:46)

The corporation is willing to fellowship with all sound Christian believers who are contending for the love of God, and the principles of Christ as revealed in the Holy Bible. However, it cannot and will not endorse or approve radical teachings that gender strife and tend to divide the body of Christ.

In the Deity of our Lord Jesus Christ, His virgin birth, His sinless life, His miracles, His death on the cross, His bodily resurrection, His ascension to the right hand of the Father, and in His personal return in power and glory. (John 10:31, Matthew 1:18-25, 1 Peter 1:19, Mark 6:2, Luke 23:33, Luke 24:6, Luke 24:51, Acts 1:9-11, Mark 13:26)
